18 months ago we acquired 4 freehold buildings in the vibrant area of Fitzrovia W1. The 19 apartments within the 4 buildings are located on Cleveland Street, Conway Street and Grafton Way.

Consent and refurbishment of 3 of the buildings and each 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments was completed to a very high specification. 13 of the units have now been sold, off plan, in Singapore. The 4th building has also now been sold separately.
