Tim Wild
Technical Director
Tim’s expertise lies in business management, marketing and project management and he has had considerable experience in securing and delivering commercial projects with large corporates such as News International and Volvo. Tim has experience in overcoming complex planning and technical issues in both new build projects and refurbishments including listed at risk buildings. Tim has also worked closely on a number of site acquisitions with both Caring Homes and Signature Senior Lifestyle for care home development. His understanding of the operational and property requirements of major UK care operators will be important to future care projects with the Turnstone Group.
