News: New portfolio of properties in Kent
Turnstone Group have acquired a mixed investment and development portfolio of 4 residential properties in Ramsgate and Margate, comprising 18 flats with Assured Shorthold Tenancies and a further 16 partly-developed 1 & 2 bed units, which require completion.
Our Kent agents, Milton Ashbury and Miles & Barr are handling the lettings and sales for this project.
Development work to finish the part-complete units will get under way in early 2012.
